Partners are one of the biggest levers in Orchestry's growth, and we're looking for a tech-savvy Partner Manager to help us pull it. You'll develop and grow strong relationships with strategic partners, recruit current ones, and turn those partnerships into pipeline and revenue for both sides. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we sit at the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll bring a passion for technology, a strong understanding of how that ecosystem works, and the drive to make a real impact on how Orchestry reaches new customers in your market. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success. Deliver compelling product demos to partners and their customers and equip partner teams to sell Orchestry with confidence. Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and related systems updated with accurate partner intelligence. 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in technology or SaaS (bonus if in an early-stage startup). Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in remote, async-first cultures. Based in West or Central US (with a strong preference for Central based), and willing to travel as needed (~20%) to meet partners and attend industry events.
