Office Manager / Project Coordinator / Estimator

DJ Troupe & Associates is looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include: ✅ Project estimating & quotations
✅ Scheduling and coordinating a 3-person field crew
✅ Project preparation and management
✅ Client communication and customer service
✅ Office administration and project documentation

Preferred Experience: • HVAC, Air Balancing, Mechanical Contracting, or Construction

- Reading project drawings and specifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Full time | Monday-Thursday | Competitive Salary

If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
