Reporting to the Director, Application Delivery, the Manager, DevSecOps provides technical leadership across BCI’s Technology department. You will advance DevSecOps principles, products, and services while supporting solution development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. The role also covers workload automation and MuleSoft integrations.

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, computer science, or related fieldFive to seven years leading technical teamsThree or more years leading DevSecOps or transformationKnowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and cyber securityExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsBring DevSecOps leadership, automation expertise, and security knowledge to strengthen BCI’s solution delivery capabilities in Victoria.
