The Director, Project leads a landmark Ontario infrastructure project supporting the Arctic Over the Horizon Radar Program. The position oversees construction, commercial, stakeholder, people, communication, and executive responsibilities. Success requires integrated project delivery experience, solid governance understanding, and commercial judgment.
