- Americas for its Workplace Operations & Events team. This senior role oversees facilities, workplace services, employee engagement, health and safety, and events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will build a scalable operating model through cross-functional partnerships.

and AI-enabled use casesLead team members and coordinate inclusive engagement and events programsRequirements:
12+ years in workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or related functionsExperience managing multiple locations, countries, or distributed regional portfoliosKnowledge of facilities, vendors, projects, budgets, EHS, and continuityExperience with workplace, service-management, collaboration, analytics, or reporting toolsBachelor’s degree;
relevant master’s degree or certifications are a plusBring regional leadership, operational discipline, workplace technology, and AI-enabled improvement experience to Infoblox’s Americas workplace strategy.
