Norland seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee complex civil infrastructure projects. You will lead crews, mentor foremen and junior field engineers, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety, quality, and client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project-specific safety plans and ensure team complianceSchedule and direct trades, subcontractors, and construction staffMentor foremen and junior field engineers onsiteCreate project plans meeting schedules and critical path datesResolve site issues and scheduling conflictsRequirements:
Six to ten years leading construction sites and projectsExperience completing complex underground civil utility projectsBackground in earthworks, road building, and infrastructureExperience with peat, running sand, glacial till, and similar soilsProficiency with Microsoft Office softwareBring civil infrastructure leadership, safety planning, and project coordination expertise to Copcan Civil projects in Victoria and Nanaimo.
