Summary

As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you’ll support overnight front desk operations and provide attentive service to hotel guests. Your impact: By helping guests with their overnight needs and questions, you can make their stay smoother and more comfortable.
Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist with front desk requests throughout the night.
- Respond to guest questions and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Support overnight hotel operations and complete assigned night audit duties.
- Communicate relevant guest needs and information to coworkers.
- Qualifications




- Solid customer service skills and a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to support front desk and guest services in a hospitality setting.
- Professional phone etiquette when assisting guests and callers.
- Preferred: Hotel experience.
- Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
