Byblos Bakery Ltd. is looking for an Industrial Mechanic for our rapidly growing company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair and adjust equipment as required.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Order new parts, replace defective parts.
- Able to perform routine repairs and inspections on multiple automated lines.
- Follow maintenance food safety and sanitation procedures during all tasks.
- Ensure facility is operating mechanically at all times.
- Follow production, quality and HACCP procedures.
- Follow GMPs and safe work practices.
- Fast paced work setting.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Millwright Journeyman Ticket required
- Experience in a food production facility an asset
- Specializing in Electrical




- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent mechanical skills with understanding of downtime assessment
- Ability to work independently with understanding of processes and equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work in high places and/or tight spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Experience:

- Industrial Mechanic: 2 years (required)
