Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently building a snow removal roster for the upcoming Winter Season to assist our clients.

Duties will include:

- Carrying out a physically demanding role in a cold setting
- Working outside
- Operating a skid steer (if qualified)
- Working early days or late nights
- Standing and working for extended periods of time
- Communicating hazards and conditions within workspace to colleagues
- Providing your own winter gear

Required Skills:

- This is a physically demanding role, you must be in good physical condition
- Have your own steel toe boots (Steel Toe Winterized Boots Recommended)
- Have you own winter gear (winter jacket, snow pants, thermal pants, winter gloves, ear muffs)
- Have a professional demeanor and possess the ability to problem solve
- Have strong communication skills




- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:

- A valid skid steer certification
- A valid driver’s licence and a personal vehicle
