Job Overview

As a Personal Support Worker, you provide respectful, practical assistance that supports clients’ daily routines, comfort, and independence. You work with clients in home care and other care settings, adapting support to individual needs and treating each person with dignity.

Duties

- Provide caregiving and senior care, including support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and everyday activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Communicate relevant observations to colleagues to help maintain consistent, person-centred support.

Requirements

Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience,



clear communication, and the ability to follow care instructions while supporting daily activities, preparing meals, and keeping living spaces clean. Preferred: Experience in senior care, dementia care, or working with individuals with disabilities, along with assisted living, nursing home, or home care experience. Your impact: Thoughtful, reliable support helps clients feel comfortable and enables colleagues to coordinate care effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
