Peace In-Home Health Care Services is seeking a well-connected professional to help us secure staffing partnerships with retirement homes, nursing homes, long-term care homes and other senior care facilities.

Existing relationships with decision-makers are essential, including Directors of Care, Executive Directors, Administrators, owners or regional managers who approve staffing providers.

Responsibilities:

- Introduce our company to decision-makers and arrange meetings.
- Identify staffing needs and present our services.
- Assist with proposals, vendor approvals and contract discussions.
- Follow up and develop ongoing staffing partnerships.

Who should apply?

Experienced healthcare staffing sales representatives, former senior care managers, staffing coordinators, nurses or caregivers with robust management connections and business development skills.

Compensation:



$30–$35 per hour, plus performance bonuses for securing active staffing accounts. Pay rate and bonus structure are negotiable for the right candidate, based on experience, established relationships and responsibilities.

Schedule: Initially 8–10 hours per week, with flexible hours. Weekly hours and the initial engagement period are negotiable.

Location: GTA, particularly Vaughan, Richmond Hill, North York and surrounding areas.
