What You'll Do - Welcome every customer like a regular; make drop-off and pickup the best part of their day - Listen to concerns and explain the techs' findings clearly - Build and present estimates in AutoLeap (digital inspections, text approvals) - Keep the day moving: phones, follow-ups, parts, promise times - Work hand-in-hand with the foreman and technicians Who You Are - Outgoing, upbeat and genuinely friendly - Driven: you set goals and like hitting them - Comfortable on the phone and quick on your feet when it's busy - Organized and reliable - Customer service,



sales or hospitality experience; automotive experience a bonus, not required What We Offer - Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00. No evenings, no weekends - AutoLeap and service training - A growing team with room to grow with it

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
