THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Mechanical Assembler has excellent mechanical dexterity. This individual has the ability to perform assembly tasks that require refined fine motor skills and the ability to interpret assembly work instructions. This candidate will have considerable initiative to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and possess the basic qualifications outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assemble electronic mechanical devices with the aid of small power tools
- Apply Protective Conformal Coating on PCB Assemblies with specified instructions and following established HSE requirements.
- Read job orders, production drawings, schematics and work instructions to perform assigned work
- Wear HSE equipment like Respirators, Gloves, Eye Protection and/or Apron for extensive period when performing coating tasks and conform with strict adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
- Connect components and parts using soldering and other bonding techniques
- Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating,



and color-coding parts and assemblies
- Operates several different types of Conformal Coating Machines to meet Customer requirements.
- Maintaining the Conformal Coating machines in best Operating conditions as trained based on the established standards.
- Mask/Tape Circuit boards and perform Pre-work & Post work inspections to ensure best Product Quality.
- Complete applicable Training Courses to get qualified and capable of getting certified after training process.
- Use equipment such as depanelizers, hot air pencils, solder pots, BGA rework station, press fit, and X-Ray equipment to process products
- Performing General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean & safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 – 2 years previous related experience and/or training
- Familiar with IPC standards and skilled working on Class 2 or Class 3 products
- Ability to write easy correspondence and verbally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
- Strong drive and motivation to achieve success
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Availability for rotating shift work (days, afternoons)
- Availability for overtime (evenings and weekends)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
