ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Royal Beauty Laser & Aesthetics is a boutique studio in Whitby focused on personalized treatments, professional expertise, and attentive client care.

We’re looking for a qualified, experienced esthetician who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their treatments, and wants to continue developing professionally in a supportive environment.

We provide an established studio client base, a fully equipped treatment space, and support with marketing and promotion. You’ll have the prospect to work with existing clients while building new relationships and developing your bookings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Provide professional facial treatments tailored to each client’s skin and concerns.

- Perform microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser hair removal according to your qualifications and experience.

- Conduct thorough consultations, assess treatment suitability, and explain realistic expectations.

- Recommend appropriate treatment plans, aftercare, and home skincare.

- Build lasting client relationships through attentive care, follow-up, and rebooking.

- Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records.

- Follow professional hygiene, disinfection, and client safety protocols.

- Keep the treatment space clean, organized, and ready for appointments.

- You have demonstrated experience performing professional facial treatments.





- You hold an esthetics diploma or certificate from a recognized training institution and relevant certifications for the treatments you perform.

- You bring strong client consultation skills and skincare knowledge.

- You offer excellent customer service and communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence.

- You’re reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.

- You take initiative, welcome feedback, and enjoy developing your skills.

- You care about helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position, with the opportunity to grow your earnings as you develop your bookings and client relationships. We provide an established studio client base, treatment space, equipment, and marketing support. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
