About the Prospect

Auto Workforces Inc. is hiring a motivated and dependable Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client in North York. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or retail experience, along with good communication and leadership skills.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, organizing inventory, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations. The employer is looking for a trainable individual with a positive attitude and the potential to grow into a strong warehouse leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities.
- Manage and guide warehouse team members to ensure productivity.
- Unpack incoming skids and organize received inventory.
- Maintain proper inventory organization and warehouse storage.
- Ensure products are stored, handled, and arranged properly.
- Monitor daily workflow and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.




- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify operational issues and support solutions to improve efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant warehouse or retail experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment (Walmart or similar stores is an asset).
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, and motivate team members.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
