MJ8 Telecom Solutions is looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Associate

As an Entry Level Associate, you'll participate in customer acquisition initiatives, introduce customers to telecommunications products and services, and help them explore available solutions that meet their needs.

MJ8 Telecom Solutions, is an independent Authorized Dealer of Rogers Communications. This position has no employment relationship with Rogers.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in sales, customer service, and business development. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on product knowledge and ongoing performance resources to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Introduce potential customers to available telecommunications products and services.
- Engage in face-to-face customer interactions and identify individual needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available service options.
- Help customers navigate the enrollment and customer acquisition process.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development.
