The National Account Manager develops and strengthens business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships, grows strategic accounts, and connects customer needs with effective sales and marketing plans. This role combines account management, business development, negotiation, and analysis to support sustainable growth and strong partnerships.
Duties
- Manage national accounts, build trusted customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Lead B2B sales discussions and negotiations, developing proposals and agreements that align customer priorities with business goals.
- Coordinate marketing plans with internal teams and track account performance using analysis skills and Salesforce.
- Share account updates, guide cooperative planning, and support colleagues in delivering consistent customer service.

Qualifications
Required: Strong communication, negotiation, account management, and analysis skills to understand customer needs, manage sales discussions, and evaluate account performance. Practical business development capabilities support identifying opportunities and coordinating effective marketing activity.
Preferred: Experience in 3pl logistics minimum 3 years, national account management, or related customer-facing work is valuable, along with Salesforce familiarity and leadership strengths for coordinating teams and building lasting partnerships.
