We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team!

At Koch Ford, our Parts Department plays an important role in keeping our customers on the road and our Service Department running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is organized, motivated, dependable, and enjoys being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Assist retail customers, technicians, and service advisors with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
- Look up parts using electronic catalogues and dealership systems.
- Prepare parts quotes, invoices, and special orders.
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Work closely with our Service and Sales Departments to keep things moving efficiently.
- Help ensure our technicians have the parts they need to get vehicles back on the road.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous automotive parts experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new dealership software.
- A team player who takes initiative and follows through.
- Automotive knowledge or a passion for vehicles is a definite plus!
