This senior position supports lululemon’s Enterprise Data & AI team. You will design enterprise solutions across logical and semantic data, AI and LLM retrieval, distributed systems, and APIs. Your work enables product teams through trusted data foundations, knowledge models, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build data systems and AI-enabled platform capabilitiesEvolve semantic models, taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphsBuild RAG, GraphRAG, semantic search,



and evidence-based reasoning systemsLead complex implementations spanning multiple servicesEstablish coding, testing, deployment, and review standardsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical fieldSix to ten years developing complex software systemsExperience driving technical initiatives across multiple teamsFamiliarity with search, recommender, and hybrid retrieval architecturesAuthorization to work in CanadaBring senior software engineering expertise across data platforms, AI retrieval, semantic modeling, and distributed systems to lululemon.
