Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to advance the Employee File (E-File) digitization using digital documentation and information management.Drive a multi-year initiative to eliminate paper employee records, free office storage space, streamline key processes, and reduce document handling time through centralized access to employee records. This role spans Scope of Services work, end-to-end requirements, process analysis, stakeholder liaison, and procurement documentation, with requirements managed in system.
