New City Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent with a background in mechanical and electrical projects. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the use of personal protective equipment on-site and that all work complies with company policies and standards regarding cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and timely delivery. Additionally, this role involves managing job site administration, including reviewing and submitting employee timesheets and maintaining daily logs. A degree or diploma in a related field, along with relevant bonding and certifications, are required.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning the construction projectCommunicate progress reports to the Construction Project ManagerMonitor daily sign-in and sign-out via SitemaxCoordinate material needs with the Project Coordinator weeklyAttend all site meetings with trades and engineersSupervise trades' scopes and quality of installationsAddress issues with trades as they ariseSupervise, coordinate,
