About the Role

DART Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assistant to join our Quality team at our Kirkland facility.

In this role, you will support quality assurance and control activities to ensure that products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will assist with inspections, maintain technical documentation, identify non-conformities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Support quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Assist with inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and non-conformities.
- Support corrective and preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a manufacturing environment is an asset.




- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow technical documentation, specifications, and procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is considered an asset.
