L & D Project Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an L & D Project Manager for an 11 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

L & D Project Manager - Job Description:
This role involves managing the implementation of learning and development initiatives within a collaborative team. The project work focuses on mid to high complexity L&D; training projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

L & D Project Manager - Responsibilities:

- Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement and align projects with business priorities
- Drive L&D; processes to implement learning solutions in various formats
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D; projects
- Support vendor selection, engagement, and onboarding for third-party learning solutions
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies
- Report on project progress and maintain regular communications with stakeholders
- Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues
- Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement

L & D Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:





- Project Management experience in L&D; space
- Banking or financial industry or insurance companies experience
- Proficiency in MS Project/MS Office Suite
- Agile experience/SCRUM
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing medium to high complexity projects
- Learning and Development – design and development

L & D Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Previous banking experience
- Experience with LMS and LXP
- Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
- Experience with development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rice)
- Program management experience

L & D Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The contract is set from November 23, 2026, to October 15, 2027, with a possibility of extension or conversion.

L & D Project Manager - Start Date:
ASAP

L & D Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
