Office Manager / Project Coordinator / Estimator
DJ Troupe & Associates is looking for a highly organized and motivated skilled to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include: ✅ Project estimating & quotations
✅ Scheduling and coordinating a 3-person field crew
✅ Project preparation and management
✅ Client communication and customer service
✅ Office administration and project documentation
Preferred Experience: • HVAC, Air Balancing, Mechanical Contracting, or Construction
- Reading project drawings and specifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Competitive Salary

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
