The Manager, Building Maintenance & Cleaning Services oversees building upkeep, cleaning operations, and maintenance projects. This hands-on leadership role coordinates teams and work priorities to keep facilities clean, functional, and ready for daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead, oversee, and manage building maintenance & cleaning operations, programs, and services of all facilities & buildings.
Member of the Management Team, the Manager contributes to organizational and departmental success
Manage financial and resource allocation.
Develops high-performing teams. Recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating.
Manage staff performance, scheduling, and employee development.
SKILLS. EXPERIENCE. CERTIFICATIONS.
Post-secondary education or combination of education and experience.
Three years leadership experience in facilities & operational services.
Criminal Record Check
Monday To Friday. 8am to 5 pm

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
