Job Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server, you’ll provide attentive hospitality, take and deliver orders, and help create a welcoming dining experience. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and guests informed.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and enter them accurately using POS or Micros POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, and communicate requests or concerns to kitchen and service colleagues.
- Process payments, handle cash, complete basic math, and manage time effectively during busy service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices; support food handling, preparation, and clean, orderly service areas.

Requirements

Required: Explicit customer service, communication, time management, basic math,



and cash-handling capabilities support accurate orders, payments, and attentive service. Food safety awareness and careful sanitation practices help protect guests and maintain a clean environment. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, or guest services experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, food preparation, hospitality, and appropriate upselling. Pay: From $17.60 per hour
