Lead project delivery and organizational change management from ACU’s Winnipeg head office, using stakeholder engagement and PMO expertise in a hybrid setting.
Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, this permanent full time specialist leads OCM activities and manages project initiatives. You will guide adoption of processes, systems, and organizational structures while supporting ACU’s strategic plan. The work includes change frameworks, project governance, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OCM activities across PMO projects and organizational goalsManage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependenciesFacilitate stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and impact assessmentsDeliver project plans, status reports, decision logs,



and governance documentationSupport continuous improvement across PMO operations and project teamsRequirements:
Post-secondary education in project management or related disciplineMinimum three years of related progressive experienceExperience leading PM and OCM activities for complex transformationsKnowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, and PMBOK techniquesAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools proficiencyApply project leadership, change-management expertise, and stakeholder communication skills supporting ACU’s PMO and integration work.
