Analyze Toronto Hydro capital programs in Toronto through advanced Excel, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This hybrid position supports work from home two days weekly.
The Capital and Maintenance Program Analyst supports end-to-end delivery of an outsourced capital work portfolio. The work spans vendor coordination, project reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. You will help monitor schedules, costs, safety, reliability, and constructability across design, pre-construction, and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project delivery with internal and external stakeholdersSupport contractor performance management across assigned programsReview electrical and civil drawings for standards conformancePrepare vendor billings, status reports,



and outcome reportingAnalyze trends, gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesRequirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Civil EngineeringThree to five plus years analyzing data, gaps, and resultsThree to five plus years in business process redesignAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong communication, analytical, and business solution development skillsSupport Toronto Hydro capital delivery with program analysis, vendor coordination, reporting, and process improvement in Toronto.
