for large, complex technology or building renovation programs with multiple workstreamsExperience with programs involving
IT infrastructure ,
networking, workplace technology,
physical security technology, audiovisual solutions, and major office renovations and relocationsCoordinating commercial building network build-out, including server rooms, network rooms,
structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, and
carrier circuitsExperience developing integrated delivery plans and managing scope, schedules, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, changes, and executive reporting.Experience supporting design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and relocation activities of infrastructure technologiesNice to HaveExperience with enterprise physical security platforms such as LenelS2 OnGuard, Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, CiscoUndergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related;
Project Management Skilled (PMP) strongly preferredExperience integrating physical security systems with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity controls (access control,



CCTV/video management, intrusion detection, intercom, alarm monitoring, centralized security operations)Experience in implementation of data network technology in an office building environmentExperience coordinating workplace technology vendors, audiovisual or Teams meeting room deployments, carrier providers, and large-scale workstation movesExperience in utility, critical infrastructure, energy, government, or other regulated environments;
supporting a Physical Security Operations Centre is an assetResponsibilitiesLead parallel technology workstreams for the building renovation and relocation programDevelop and drive an integrated technology delivery plan aligning internal teams, vendor project managers, facilities, construction, and schedulesManage program scope, financials, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and changesCoordinate design, build, and operational readiness of server room, network rooms, floor-level network infrastructure, cabling, Wi‑Fi, and carrier connectionsOversee coordination of physical security technology, including access control, CCTV and video management, intrusion detection, intercom, alarm monitoring, and related integrationsOrchestrate workplace technology implementation and workstation deployments, including equipment harvesting, transfer, disposal, and operational readinessDrive audiovisual and Teams meeting room relocation, installation, commissioning, and readinessDisclaimer:
