Lead human resources strategy and employee relations onsite with IPCO in Winnipeg, supporting a unionized workforce of approximately 80-160 employees. As Human Resources Manager, you will lead the full HR function at IPCO. This generalist role combines strategic leadership with hands-on support across labour relations, recruitment, onboarding, development, and compliance. You will report to the Agri-Products Manager and supervise the Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic and day-to-day HR support for unionized employees Administer collective agreements and manage grievances Conduct workplace investigations and address performance concerns Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and compliance

Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Commerce, or related discipline ~ Required CPHR designation ~8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience ~ Experience with labour relations and employment law ~ Unionized manufacturing or industrial setting experience Bring strategic HR leadership, labour relations expertise, and hands-on employee support to IPCO's Winnipeg manufacturing operation.
