Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will make an impact by managing procurement operations, overseeing supplier portfolios, securing timely PO issuances, and driving process efficiency across global procurement frameworks.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee a diverse supplier portfolio, drive initial part sourcing activities, negotiate price adjustment requests, and resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
- Manage a workqueue and ensure that purchase orders are issued in due time.
- Ensure close cooperation with internal customers to maintain customer care and early involvement.
- Contribute to the implementation and usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
- Support supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.




- Update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop top suppliers while ensuring transparency and high procurement quality.
- Maintain records of all documentation and ensure adherence to online purchasing and contract management systems.
- Support and lead Procurement Business Plan activities.

Requirements:

- Strong SAP transactional experience, specifically with the PS1 ATLAS module in a production environment.
- Outstanding Excel skills.
- 5+ years of experience in direct procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet fixed deadlines, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to work in a complex, rapid-changing global organizational environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
