Love cars, tech and making people's day? Kitchener Ford is looking for an Automotive Concierge to be the go-to person for our customers. In this role, every customer gets VIP treatment, from a vehicle delivered to their door to a quick lesson on their current SYNC screen. You'll be part of a busy, upbeat, customer-first dealership team, and no two days are the same.
What you'll do
- Run our pickup and delivery service so customers never have to leave their day behind.
- Manage our loaner fleet and keep every vehicle washed, fuelled and ready to go.
- Be the friendly tech guide who helps customers pair phones, set up the FordPass app and get the most out of their vehicle's features.
- Spot customers who'd love pickup and drop-off service, and make it happen.
- Bring our Surprise and Delight program to life with the small touches people remember.
- Get creative with our Sales and Service teams on social media posts and quick demo videos.
- Lend a hand to the sales team when it's busy.
What you bring
- An unrestricted OMVIC licence, or the ability to get one, and dealership approval
- A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
- A high school diploma (post-secondary education is a plus)
- A positive attitude, comfort with technology, and a knack for making people smile
