This 12-month assignment supports Commercial and Corporate Banking initiatives within a regulated setting. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, risk, compliance, and governance partners. The work covers machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, and GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions documenting processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeysGather requirements and translate target states into prioritized capabilitiesCreate process maps, user stories, and functional documentationSupport backlog prioritization, testing scenarios, and User Acceptance TestingCoordinate stakeholder communications,

10+ years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise environmentsStrong requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and facilitation experienceExperience with Agile delivery, process mapping, workflows, and user storiesUnderstanding of enterprise AI, risks, governance, and regulated environmentsStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and critical-thinking skillsApply senior business analysis expertise to responsible AI delivery, requirements, governance, testing, and adoption across Commercial and Corporate Banking.
