This Estimator develops commercially sound estimates for workforce accommodation and camp services. You will prepare pricing structures covering fixed costs, variable costs, resident-day rates, lump sums, reimbursables, and cost-plus models. Collaboration spans Operations, Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Proposals, Finance, Commercial, Indigenous Relations, and Structures.

Key Responsibilities





Lead pricing activities from ROM estimates through firm submissionsDevelop pricing schedules and commercial exhibits for pursuitsPrepare recommendations and analysis for leadership and bid reviewsCoordinate integrated pricing across assets and Camp ServicesDocument assumptions, qualifications, exclusions, and pricing risksRequirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience preferredTwo to four years in estimating or commercial analysisAdvanced Excel and financial modelling expertiseUnderstanding of fixed and variable cost structuresAbility to manage priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder inputsBring commercial judgment, proposal experience, and financial modelling skills to ATCO Structures’ workforce accommodation pricing pursuits.
