Senior Product Manager — Pacer Health

We’re looking for a hands-on PM to take product ownership of Pacer Health’s B2B wellness solution, including our SaaS web product and mobile app experience. You will report directly to our Head of Product and Co-founder.

PMs at Pacer Health have the opportunity to directly own large, end-to-end projects and features used by millions of users. You’ll have real ownership over product decisions and responsibility for the results.

Our core values are a relentless focus on results and customers. You need to understand customer problems, decide what to build, work closely with engineering and design to deliver it, and keep iterating based on results.

You must be fluent in using AI throughout your work—research, prototyping, analysis, requirements, communication, and everything else. We expect you to show how you use AI and how it improves your work.

Extreme attention to detail is necessary. You need to understand how the product actually works, catch inconsistencies and edge cases, write clear requirements, and personally verify the experience. That attention needs to carry through from the initial idea to the shipped product.

This is a remote role with daily communication and close collaboration across North America and Asia. Flexibility across time zones is required.

The work includes:

- Talking directly with business customers and participants to understand their needs.
- Setting product priorities across web and app.
- Using research, data, and prototypes to make product decisions.
- Working through requirements and implementation details with engineering and design.




- Measuring business results after release and following through on improvements.

We’re looking for:

- Roughly 5–10 years of product management experience, including relevant work across B2B SaaS and mobile apps.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must.
- Clear examples of business results you personally owned and delivered.
- Strong analytical skills, product judgment, and enough technical depth to work effectively with engineering.
- Transparent communication, independence, and reliable follow-through.

Experience in wellness or B2B2C products is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
