PRE-OWNED SALES MANAGER – MAJOR LEASING COMPANY- North GTA

A leading GTA automotive leasing company with a vibrant pre-owned vehicle operation has an immediate prospect for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead their sales team to new heights of achievement for their customer focused, award-winning dealership.

We are looking for a sales coach who is ethical, organized and customer-focused. Must be highly experienced in sales management and accurately sourcing inventory in (addition to existing lease portfolio acquisitions). This is a family-owned operation with a rich heritage seeking to hire like-minded individuals for long-term growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales focusing on Used Vehicle Sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
 Proven success in pre-owned or retail automotive operations.
 Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on coaching and
accountability.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.




 Analytical thinker with solid understanding of used vehicle inventory management and market valuation.
 Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering a premium experience.
 Proficiency in CRM systems, dealership management software, and Microsoft Office
Suite.
 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
 Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Target income: $150,000 (salary + bonus) selling 40 to 60 units per month, plus vehicle or car allowance and employee health benefits.
