We are now hiring a Shift Leader at our Bentall location in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our growing team has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.
This role will be a mix of hourly serving/bartending and shift leading. A shift leader is a member of the team that is responsible for managing a shift, holding our standards high, and helping the management team move our business forward. Our shift leaders are an integral part of our team and are the stepping stone to a career in restaurant management.

Have clear and proper communication between Servers, Bartenders and Management
Ensure that each guest is taken care of in a high volume setting
Take accountability and responsibility with your daily tasks
