As Senior TruckMate Application Support Specialist, you will provide Tier 2/3 administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution. Configure core modules, manage security, test releases, and support integrations with Omnitracs, TGI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your work keeps dispatch, billing, settlements, and connected workflows operating reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Own TruckMate incidents through resolution and technical escalationConfigure modules, profiles, permissions, defaults, and code tablesTest patches, upgrades, fixes, and configuration changesMonitor EDI transactions and resolve mapping failuresSupport connected systems and manage Trimble ticketsRequirements:
