As a senior agency leader, you will secure, grow, and lead meaningful client work while building high-performing teams. You will guide social, influencer, content, and integrated communications strategies for national and regional campaigns. The role requires expertise across emerging platforms, paid amplification, measurement, brand safety, and community management. Beauty and skin-care experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee integrated social and influencer programs across multiple client accountsDevelop campaigns and sell breakthrough ideas within integrated agency modelsLead teams, mentor direct reports,



and grow client relationshipsDrive recent business pitches and organic account growthForecast resources, budgets, profitability, and project effectivenessRequirements:
10–12 years in social, including seven-plus influencer strategy yearsEight–10 years of agency or client-service experienceStrong proficiency across Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, and InstagramExperience building teams and measurement frameworks for social programsBachelor’s and postgraduate degree in communications, advertising, media, or marketingBring creator-economy expertise, strategic clarity, and team leadership to North’s Toronto-based Social & Influencer practice.
