As Supervisor, Workplace Services, you will oversee corporate office environments within UFA’s Talent and Experience team. Your work will coordinate workplace projects, vendor relationships, facilities operations, and employee experience initiatives. You will support relocations, renovations, lease renewals, and workplace planning.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate office searches, renewals, relocations, renovations, and workplace refresh projectsLead facilities staff, mailroom operations, and vendor-delivered servicesOversee maintenance, cleaning, security, parking, utilities, and access controlManage workplace budgets, contracts, invoices, forecasts,



and vendor performanceResolve workplace issues while maintaining high customer service standardsRequirements:
Post-secondary education in facilities management, business, project management, or related fieldsMinimum eight years’ progressive facilities or workplace operations experienceLeadership or supervisory experience in related workplace disciplinesExperience managing relocations, lease renewals, renovations, and facilities operationsStrong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsBring facilities leadership, vendor management, and workplace planning expertise to support UFA employees across Calgary corporate offices.
