This senior chance supports complex manufacturing projects and strengthens technical customer relationships. You will translate engineering designs into practical, reliable, cost-effective solutions using CNC programming, CAM, GD&T;, and DFM expertise. The work spans development through first-article inspection and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Review CAD models, drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirementsDevelop, simulate, verify, and optimize five-axis CAM programsPlan setups, workholding, tooling, sequences, and cutting strategiesTroubleshoot distortion, vibration, access, finish,



and accuracy challengesGuide customers through manufacturing reviews and recommendationsRequirements:
Approximately 10 or more years’ precision CNC machining experienceComplex five-axis programming, setup, and prove-out experienceStrong engineering drawing, GD&T;, tolerance, and inspection knowledgeStrong CAM capability;
Mastercam preferredFanuc or Heidenhain control experience and United States travel willingnessApply five-axis machining, CAM programming, DFM, and customer communication expertise to complex precision manufacturing projects.
