This permanent full-time Director joins the Senior Leadership Team and guides long-term civic facility plans. The position oversees facility-related assets, real estate portfolios, waste management, and community-focused climate action. Success requires collaborative leadership in a complex, multi-stakeholder workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead long-term strategic civic facility planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced certification in a related field
- Minimum eight years of progressively responsible leadership experience
- Five years leading multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and initiatives
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Unionized environment management experience considered an asset
