This founding Senior Product Manager role combines business discovery, AI fluency, and delivery management. You will work with operations, design, sales, executive leadership, and external development partners. The focus is creating practical automation while maintaining strong UI/UX standards, clear scope, and dependable release milestones.

Key Responsibilities





Lead AI initiatives for quoting and design workflowsDiscover business and workflow requirements with cross-functional teamsChallenge decisions and align product strategy with the CEOSet release milestones and proactively manage execution risksEnsure interfaces remain intuitive, quick, and user-focusedRequirements:
Proven implementation or prototyping experience with LLMs or AIExperience using OpenAI, Anthropic, prompts, APIs, or agentsDepth across technical nuances and operational edge casesFive to eight-plus years delivering complex digital productsConversational English;
Mandarin or Cantonese strongly valuedApply AI judgment, operational insight, and delivery expertise to PakFactory’s digital transformation and product execution.
