Job Description
The Residential HVAC Technician will perform residential service calls as part of a small field team, reporting directly to the business owner. This role focuses on HVAC installation and delivering responsive, customer-focused service. Responsibilities Perform HVAC installation for residential customers. Respond to residential HVAC service calls. Diagnose heating and cooling system issues. Apply problem-solving skills to identify and address HVAC concerns. Provide qualified customer service during residential visits. Collaborate with the small field team and report to the business owner. Required Qualifications HVAC or Refrigeration Technology certificate or diploma. Knowledge of HVAC diagnostics. Knowledge of heating and cooling systems. HVAC installation skills. Customer service skills. Problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications ~ Experience preferred.
