Reporting to the Team Lead, Endpoint Management, the Specialist leads complex technical work without direct people-management responsibility. You will maintain secure, compliant, reliable endpoints through provisioning, deployment, recovery, retirement, and disposal. Collaboration includes Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, service center, application, and business stakeholders.

and patching controlsSupport complete corporate device lifecycle activitiesInvestigate recurring incidents and implement corrective actionsReview endpoint changes for testing and rollback readinessProvide technical coaching and advanced escalation supportRequirements:
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceTen years of progressively responsible Information Technology experienceFive years in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or client servicesStrong PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and endpoint automation skillsStrong communication and customer service skills with technical and business stakeholdersBring Windows security, lifecycle management, and PowerShell expertise to reliable endpoint services supporting DHC’s aerospace operations.
