Convergint seeks a Building Automation Supervisor to oversee project technicians and support timely, on-budget execution. The position coordinates assignments, develops colleagues, manages performance, and maintains customer relationships. Experience with building automation systems, troubleshooting, programming, and financial controls supports success.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician assignments and schedules with Project Managers
- Align technicians with project tasks according to skill sets
- Support project turnovers, reviews, and operational coordination
- Monitor service costing, invoicing, billing, revenue,



and margins
- Provide technician support, training, tools, and safety coordination

Requirements:
- Five years of relevant Building Automation Systems field experience
- Two years of supervisory or technical lead experience
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings with solid math skills
