We're a small team of world-class DTC marketers obsessed with creating amazing emails that convert.
We're searching for a strategic thinker to manage and grow lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS. You'll be responsible for creating high-converting campaigns, and data-backed optimizations that drive revenue for our DTC clients.
What you'll do:
Develop a monthly email calendar + write creative briefs for copywriters
Research trends, customer insights, and behavioral triggers to inform messaging
Own client relationships - you're the reason they trust Bedford and they reason they keep working with us
Manage 5-8 core brands
What you bring:
(Optional) Lifecycle/email marketing experience (DTC/eCommerce preferred)
Ability to juggle multiple accounts
Bias for action and problem-solving - you take ownership, not orders
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (flows, logic, segmentation, testing)

Who thrives here:
People who take initiative, spot problems early, and bring solutions before being asked
You don't disappear at 4:59pm when things are on fire - you help resolve them
Marketers who CARE about craft - the copy, the logic, the customer, the result
Teammates who thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to own the outcome
What's in it for you:
Competitive pay - we value top talent and will compensate you
Early team prospect - shape the future of a fast-growing company
High-impact work - your ideas won't sit in a backlog - they'll go live, fast
Real growth - direct exposure to strategy, clients, decision making
Pay: $75K-$120K (or more, depending on performance)
