Based in Aurora, Ontario, this full time executive role works closely with the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities span strategic planning, service delivery, people and culture, financial resources, compliance, and organizational development. The Director turns priorities into measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive updates, analysis, recommendations, and risk reporting
- Guide Client Services and Nursing & Rehab departments
- Align staffing, scheduling, workflows, and resources with needs
- Oversee human resources and workforce planning initiatives




- Develop corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business or healthcare discipline
- Seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience minimum
- Five years of senior management or executive leadership experience
- Experience leading operations, human resources, and organizational change
