MEDITECH Expanse expertise drives this in office Senior Clinical Applications Analyst role at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre, supporting multidisciplinary outpatient care. As the primary platform owner and subject matter expert, you will manage clinical applications, guide improvement roadmaps, and support users. The role requires MEDITECH Expanse management, healthcare information systems experience, and clinical workflow knowledge. You will also provide backup Tier 2 support for Corporate Information Systems and support new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year enhancement plans for MEDITECH Expanse applications
- Lead complex MEDITECH dictionaries, tables, maintenance, and auditing
- Translate clinical workflows into efficient digital solutions




- Oversee HL7 and FHIR interfaces and integrations
- Test patches, updates, and custom reports before deployment

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Seven to ten years of healthcare clinical systems experience
- At least five years managing MEDITECH Expanse
- Project management experience through clinical system go-live
- Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, immunization, and TB screening Apply clinical systems leadership, MEDITECH Expanse knowledge, and healthcare workflow expertise to support Schroeder Ambulatory Centre.
