Lead Finance and Supply Chain Management transformation for the City of Hamilton through enterprise ERP delivery and executive reporting. Coordinate client-side execution across functional, technical, and vendor teams. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Resource Planning, this Senior ERP Project Manager leads a large-scale organizational implementation. The work covers planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery alignment. Finance and Supply Chain capabilities must remain aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive client-side ERP activities, commitments, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources, vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams
- Prepare executive updates covering status, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Manage escalated risks, issues, actions, decisions,



and project dependencies
- Support design, testing, migration, integrations, deployment, and user adoption

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent relevant education and business experience
- Project Management Skilled certification required
- Considerable enterprise project management experience, preferably ten-plus years
- Two successful full-cycle ERP implementations, including Oracle experience preferred
- Finance, Supply Chain, governance, integration, testing, and change management knowledge Bring enterprise ERP leadership, Finance and Supply Chain expertise, governance discipline, and stakeholder communication to Hamilton’s transformation.
